We strive to provide the most value possible. That means keeping our service affordable. While we will make every effort to meet with our clients, face-to-face meetings are becoming a thing of the past. Not only does the travel have a hard dollar cost, the loss of productivity for both client and us is huge. Especially as many of our clients are in other cities around the world. Fortunately, technology has come to the rescue – we can see you, hear you, and show you what we’re doing via the Web. The biggest challenge to effective and efficient collaboration across the globe remains the Earth’s rotation – requiring Time Zones!

When it comes to operations, we strive to be a 100% Web-Only company. That means we use Web-based services for everything we do. For example, we have found online meetings far more effective – we use Join.me. This site, for example, was built using WordPress. The lead capture forms we’re created with WuFoo. We are currently experimenting with Google Contacts and Streak to manage our business relationships. Should we work together, our projects will be managed with WorkFlowy, and  Google Documents. We use Google Analytics to monitor visitor behavior on your website. We invoice our clients through Freshbooks. And, we remind ourselves of things to do with WorkFlowy.

We do this for several reasons. First, it provides the freedom to work from anywhere. Second, the functionality is on par with many, and superior to some non-Web alternatives. And, third – it’s typically more affordable (that allows us to keep our costs low – providing more value to our clients)!
