Ultimately, everything you do in the context of Web marketing is converting a visitor into a buyer, whether that means becoming a lead to be engaged by a sales person or consummating the sale online. Obviously, before you can convert visitors, you have to have traffic. To attract the right people, and convert them when they arrive, you need to anticipate and understand their behavior.
We use Google Analytics to establish a baseline for visitor behavior, analyze the impact of changes to the website, and predict future behavior. We focus on the metrics in three primary categories:
- Traffic
- Engagement
- Conversion
To anticipate behavior, we’ll spend time interviewing you to determine a seed list of keywords that your ideal customer may use to find your products or services via search (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.). We’ll then blow that list up to over 2,000 keywords – applying our battle-tested secret formula for predicting which keywords are most likely to perform well for you. At the end of our keyword analysis, you’ll have a short list of strategic keywords (typically between 60 and 90), uniquely suited to your company or organization.
